Welcome to PawZa. By accessing or using the PawZa application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing or using PawZa, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PawZa.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The accuracy of information you provide.
Your conduct when using the service.
Your interactions with other users.
Your participation in any walk arranged through PawZa.
The behaviour, safety and supervision of your dog.

4. Safety Notice

PawZa acts solely as a technology platform that helps dog owners discover, organise and participate in dog walks.

PawZa does not organise, supervise, manage or control any walk, meeting, event or interaction between users.

PawZa does not verify the identity, suitability, experience, behaviour, training, health, temperament or reliability of any user or dog.

Participation in walks and interactions with other users and dogs is entirely at your own risk.

5. Dog Owner Responsibility

Dog owners remain solely responsible for:

The behaviour and control of their dogs.
Compliance with local laws and regulations.
Ensuring their dog is suitable for participation.
Any injury, damage, loss or dispute arising from their dog's actions.
The health, welfare and vaccination status of their dog.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
Share unlawful, harmful or offensive content.
Impersonate another person.
Use PawZa for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the operation of the service.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

PawZa may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety concerns or misuse the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawZa, its owners and operators shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, dispute, claim or expense arising from:

Participation in walks organised through the platform.
Interactions between users.
Interactions between dogs.
Information provided by users.
The availability or operation of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

PawZa may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
